Coaching is a process tailored to your success in the moment and in the future, Through coaching, I aim to provide the proper skills necessary to reach your goals!

  • When can I see results?
    That depends on you and if you complete the homework and practice the tasks we discuss in the coaching sessions.
  • Is it confidential?
    Yes, sessions are confidential.
  • Where are the sessions?
    The sessions will be held virtually through a coaching software program.
  • How long is each session?
    Each session is 45-60 minutes long.
  • How do I know if coaching is what I need?
    If you are willing to begin to change ideas or beliefs and want to move your life forward coaching could be a good step to help you with your goals.
  • How do I schedule a session?
    To schedule a free fifteen minute intake session please fill out the contact form on the website.
  • How often would we meet?
    We will meet once a week. You will also have access to me via email for clarity on any questions that come up between sessions
  • What is the difference between coaching and therapy?
    Therapy helps you to understand your past and to heal traumas or troubling events. Coaching helps you where you are right now. Coaching focuses on the present and will help you move forward and accomplish goals that you are wanting for your life right now. A coach will collaborate with you and help make your life what you want it to look like. A therapist will diagnose and treat mental disorders.
